Returns
If you have a problem with a product you ordered from us, you have the option to return the product. The first step is to fill out this return form.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and we will respond to you by email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions.
RETURN POLICY
According to Law 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to justify your decision and without incurring any costs other than those of return.
Conditions for return:
- Products must be in original condition, unused and with the label intact.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Personalized/custom products cannot be returned (by law)
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund its value within a maximum of 14 days.
